Total shipping for your order will be calculated at check-out.

DELIVERY

Book The official ZOOM book is posted first class in the UK and by International Standard Airmail internationally. We aim to post orders within one week of receiving payment, but this is not always possible at busy times and it may take longer depending on stock. Estimated delivery times after postage are one to two working days in the UK, three to four working days for Europe and five to seven working days for the rest of the world. Please note that we are not usually able to offer guaranteed delivery dates.

Posters ZOOM posters are posted Signed For in the UK and by International Confirmed Airmail internationally. As our posters are printed in small batches, delivery may take longer than for some of our other products depending on stock levels. We aim to post orders within three weeks of receiving payment.

RETURNS

If your order has been damaged in transit or if you have received the wrong item, please email info@zoom-auction.com with your order details and we will arrange for it to be replaced.

If you would like to return your order for another reason, please contact us within seven days of delivery.

PAYMENTS

We accept most major credit cards and payment by PayPal account. Please note, we cannot accept payment by American Express Corporate Card. As we do not dispatch orders until payment is received, payment by PayPal eCheque will usually delay your delivery as it can take between seven and nine working days for this to clear.

TAX

VAT of 20% will be added to all orders of posters and postcards originating in the UK and the European Union.
